Coffee Angel Kitchen produces a seasonally changing range of individual salad boxes. These make a great alternative to a sandwich or roll.

If you prefer a salad on the side or to accompany your sandwich you can also choose from a range of salad platters. We'll include paper plates, plastic forks and napkins with the salads.

Salad Boxes

Jamaican Chicken Salad: £3.25
Roast chicken in a rich sauce with Mango, Chilli, Lemon & Lime, Sweet Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber and Leaves. A slice of Lime on the side.

Sweet Chilli Chicken Salad: £3.25
Roast chicken slices with Sweet Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber & Leaves and a generous side dressing of Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.

Prawn & Egg Salad: £3.35
Prawns in Seafood Dressing with a boiled Egg, Leaves, Cherry Tomatoes & Cucumber.

Goat's Cheese, Rocket & Chilli Jam Salad: £3.35
Creamy/crumbly goat's cheese on a bed of leaves and rocket, sweet cherry tomatoes & cucumber. A generous side of Chilli Jam

Chicken Caesar Salad: £3.35
Sliced, roast chicken with Herb Croutons, Parmesan, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Leaves, Parmesan Shavings and a side of Caesar Dressing.

Pesto Pasta Salad: £3.35
Fusilli Pasta with Mozzarella, Sun Dried Tomatoes & Parmesan

As selection of Veggie Pakora & Samosa served with Mango Chutney and a hot Chilli Dip

Falafel & Cous Cous Salad. £3.65
Falafel Salad, with Harissa Cous Cous, Feta, Spring Onions, Tomato & Cucumber. Sides of Taztiki and flat bread

Spanish Tortilla Salad. £3.65
Spanish Tortilla Omelette, with Roasted Peppers, Salad and Leaves, served with a side of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic.

Quiche Salad. £3.65
Ask the Kitchen about our changing quiche menu. Quiche is served on a bed of Leaves, with Sweet Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber and a side of French Dressing.

Ploughman's Salad. £3.95
Melton Mowbray Pork Pie, Grated Mature Cheddar, Branston Pickle, an Apple and a side of bread.

Salad Platters

A nice addition to your sandwich lunch.

Mixed Salad. £1 per head
Selection of seasonal leaves, cut cherry tomatoes & cucumber with sides of either French Dressing or Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Balsamic.

Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil Salad. £1.50 per head
Mozzarella & sweet cherry tomatoes on a bed of mixed leaves and basil. Side of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic. (Please check with the kitchen for availability)

Antipasti Platter £2.50 per head
Antipasti Platter - Selection of Italian meats (Parma Ham, Prosciutto, Pepperoni, Salami), Sun-blush Tomatoes, Grissini (bread sticks), Olives, Mozzarella & Marinated Artichokes. (Works well for 6 or more people).
