As well as the in-house produced tarts and treats, the Coffee Angel Kitchen also works with four local cake bakers to create an ever changing selection of sweet things. We also stock delicious cakes & slices from The Handmade Cake Company.

Slices Platter

Our best selling accompaniment to the sandwich platters. Beautifully presented, cut slices giving everyone the chance to taste different treats. Slices include Caramel Shortcake; Raspberry & Coconut; Chocolate Fruit & Nut; Apple Shortcake; Black Cherry & Almond; Angel Tiffin; Honeymoon Slice; Mars Bar Slice and our wonderfully tasty Chocolate Brownie

We can "box up" a selection of slices from our range. This is a great way to present the slices if you're visiting friends or clients or even for a staff treat.

Large Cookies Platter

We stock a superb range of large cookies from Byron Bay and Wooden Spoon. We'll mix up as many cookies as possible for you on this platter, including: Honey & Oatmeal; Triple Chocolate Fudge; Sticky Date & Ginger; Dotty (with Smarties) & Milk Chocolate Chunk. We have a range of gluten free cookies too including Dark Chocolate & Pear and a Dotty Cookie.

Working with three local Cup Cake bakers we have a delicious selection arriving at the shop almost everyday. We need a couple of days notice to get the best selection possible for you, so please ask the Kitchen what's available. We can display these on a platter or box up for you.

Our best selling Carrot Cake and Banana Loaf Cake are available most days but let us know in advance if you want Red Velvet, Guinness Cake, Coffee Cake etc.
